One on One Mentoring via Skype
Regular Price: $40 per 30 mins...1 on 1 Skype mentor call.
voicesmicro@gmail.com
(352) 519-4855
Now that I have officially graduated into "professional" status by actually hiring a real life employee (not a virtual assistant, a real person), I'm here to give you a special offer that's running for a limited time only. I am just starting up this marketing company, and even though I have a couple of clients already, I thought what a great time this would be to run a "mentor" campaign, for 1 on 1 Skype calls. They will last 30 minutes, and the charge will be the rock bottom price of 40 dollars. I figure this way, people can put a small amount of trust in me for 40 bucks and not really risk losing the farm, and I can then offer them a great value by coaching them on whatever topics they want to learn about. It's a win-win for everyone involved. I get a little bit of help starting out my marketing business, and my guests get a little bit of help working towards their dreams! Sounds like a great idea to me.

Here are some of the topics we can cover (this is not an all inclusive list you can ask me whatever you want, internet marketing related or not!) It's your money, and I will do my absolute best to put together an informative package of information for you.
Blogging Software
- Tumblr
- Blogger (Blog Spot)
- Weebly
- WordPress
- Plugins
- SEO
- Traffic
Content Marketing
All about content marketing from how to write content for different situations, to how to mass produce content to put all over the place. I will share with you all the tips and tricks I have developed over the past two years. Again, this information is invaluable and will save your TONS of time.
Social Media Marketing
All the major social media channels. I will tell you which ones to set up, and how to get them to have a following within a matter of weeks. You can start this and see results very quickly and once you get into it, it actually becomes really fun.
SEO
I will give you my one trick to get SEO done in a matter of seconds. You follow these guidelines and every single post or page you make will be fully optimized to be in the best position to get a high ranking in Google. That will take us to the next spot, that I get hundreds of questions on per month:
BackLinking
OMG HOW DO YOU DO IT!?!?! CAN I PAY FOR LINKS?!?!? What do I need to do? ... Just calm yourself, I Will teach you young grasshopper. It is a vital element of ranking well in Google now-a-days, but I have some tips and tricks that can get you moving up in the ranks quickly, and get the ball rolling to move over to the "hard link farming" that is required when you run a blog. Some mentors will misinform you and just say "if you write really fantastic content, people will link to it naturally and you wont have to worry about it" and that is a golden rule that is very true... however the problem that will inevitably present itself is, when you are first starting out, and only 3 people a day are visiting your site, how the heck are you supposed to go viral with a blockbuster piece of content?
I will show you how, this one ties into SEO and the Social Media Marketing, but it all works together and once again there is a "formula" or a system that you have to follow and if you can stay disciplined you can make this as painless as possible.
I can also talk with you about PPC and Facebook Ads. I am very close to being AdWords Certified, which will get me that much closer to being a "Google Partner".. Here's a little secret about me, that you probably didn't know, but when I was a child, I wanted more than anything to work for Google. This is my big chance, and it's going to be the best possible situation ever!
eBay
I was a top rated seller for years, I have had several eBay accounts and I have sold just about anything you can imagine on eBay. You wanna eBay? I am your man, I know a TON about it, and I can give you a million little tips and tricks that are going to save you time, and more importantly MONEY. I can also give you tricks that will slingshot you into top rated seller status. When it comes to eBay I should raise my price because this discounted offer is going to kill me with how much great information I plan to give away!
Non Computer Related Stuffs
I can even mentor you on non-computer related stuff. How am I able to set up a marketing business? Run my Spring eBay store for plants/fertilizers. Manage 3 of my own websites as well as 3 more for clients right now, and maintain a 4.0 average in college?
I know a secret. This secret has been around for thousands of years, but it was protected by the elite and they didn't want anyone to know what this secret was. They wanted it for themselves and now the cat is out of the bag. I know it, and I would LOVE to share it with you.
It will change your life, as it changed mine. There is nothing in this world I can't do, and you can be exactly the same. If nothing else, this little bit of information I will give you in the call is definitely worth 40 dollars. Go ahead and roll the dice, this is the kind of thing that will make the rest of your days on planet earth wonderful. I thank God (or whomever you worship) every day for this wonderful miracle of life. If you aren't religious, or don't follow God, it doesn't matter, you can still use this secret, it's that powerful.
CALL TO ACTION!
The fact that you are interested in getting a mentor, speaks loudly about the things you want to accomplish. Take that 40 dollars, and let it ride on me, I promise I wont let you down. We can get your dream machine running nice and steady. You can do it....(and I can help!) Just shoot me an email at voicesmicro@gmail.com ( you have to cut and paste it) or call me at (352)519-4855 and we will set up a time and get you going. This discounted rate is only good through the weekend, so book your time now before it is too late and the price goes up! (this is a 40 dollar value, 75% off at 40 dollars for thirty minutes!)

eBay store about to bust at the seams! Consignment offers opportunities...
by Robert Leavitt
Greetings fellow workaholics! I am back in full swing on eBay and my store is about to burst at the seams! I am very close to reaching my max list limit (which is around 600 items) for the month. I have never actually reached it so I'm not sure what happens then. I know just as I get close to maxing it out, eBay raises my limit, so from experience I can deduce that will happen once again.
I opened a "consignment" shop of sorts. It's just a few friends and family that have me listing stuff for them under my account. There are advantages to doing this as I have established a history of sales within the eBay community and I have managed to maintain my 100% feedback rating. (Knock on wood!)
The feedback rating is huge, not only does it drive people to your listing, it also will allow you to charge a premium for your items. You can compete on price on certain things, especially used items, however if you are listing new in box items for sale, you are going to find that competing with "top-rated-plus" sellers is a very difficult task. They pay the monthly fees to have an eBay store and they also receive discounts on the final listings and are able to undercut you. Even if you have the same supplier and shipping costs.
eBay is addictive, it really is, both as a buyer and a seller. If you plan to sell on eBay, start as a buyer (buy things you need for your business, like tape, bubble wrap, tape guns, boxes, etc...) and learn how the process works first. The best thing is that you get ratings for being a buyer. If you have 10 buying transactions and 3 selling transactions you will have a rating of 13 total transactions. The buyers can see this in the "detailed seller ratings" but many don't know that they are combined, and what they don't know can benefit YOU!
I did say earlier in this post that I have a store, which is a stretch of the truth. I haven't not actually upgraded to a real "Store" yet because of the fees. I will shortly if things maintain this pace, but for now I will keep it the same. I have read that it is a mistake to upgrade to early, and I can see that for certain. If you are only selling a few hundred dollars per month on eBay, a store is not necessary and is in fact a waste of your hard earned money!
The consignment process is easy in principle. It is however a challenge to maintain your inventory (keep it separate, ideally with a catalog system of some sort allowing you to put item numbers on everything so you can remember who things belong to!). But at the very minimum at least keep your groups of boxes separate from each other. I have yet to find an "vendor Item number" in eBay but I'm sure that one exists. I plan to find an inventory solution, perhaps built into a management platform. I will keep you posted on this and let you know should I decide to use one. I'm looking for something that has inventory features and will allow me to "dump" the product to amazon, eBay and a shopping cart all at once. Maybe that's too much to ask!
I will keep you updated on my eBay progress. I really want to write an eBay eBook but I have yet to find the time. It really is a big project that requires a lot of thought and preparation. There are 1000's out there, but the demand is high. Everyone wants to do this, but not everyone can. It is intimidating and unlike other mistakes on a computer that can often be fixed, mistakes on eBay can often mean "losing money" which is a burden few people can bear.

is Microworkers.com a legit site or a big fat scam?
by Robert Leavitt.
I promised to share with you some of my successes and failures and this is going to be the first tried and true method of earning money that I ever discovered. I have been asked on several occasions if microworkers.com is legit or not. I asked if it was legit myself, and did a lot of research before getting involved. I want you to know upfront that I get NO AFFILIATE or REFERRAL BONUSES for sharing this information with you. Microworkers doesn't work that way. You simply go there and sign up and then you can either start earning or start hiring people. Maybe I am getting a little bit ahead of myself, let's start with the basics:
According to www.wikipedia.com the definition of microwork is:
Microwork is a series of small tasks which together comprise a large unified project, and are completed by many people over the Internet. Microwork is considered the smallest unit of work in a virtual assembly line. It is most often used to describe tasks for which no efficient algorithm has been devised, and require human intelligence to complete reliably. The term was developed in 2008 by Leila Chirayath Janah of Samasource.
For all intents and purposes microwork is synonymous with microlabor, crowdsourcing, crowd labor, click labor, etc.. there are so many terms being used to describe this activity that it's hard to keep up with them all, but they are all basically the same thing. Doing little tasks for a small pay. Sometimes the pay is so small that it's not worth the time, but that's why I am reviewing www.microworkers.com first! This is the one that I have used since the very beginning and the reason is, you can do this with very little to no skill whatsoever.
There are several other places to this kind of work. However, I have found that microworkers pays better than the others for trivial tasks (like google searches). There are other sites that will pay you more, but I am here to tell you that unless you are a writer, or an editor, or someone that is skilled in other specific areas, it's very hard to earn any money doing microwork. I still use this site to this day, and I would guess that when I am really trying I earn somewhere between 30-40 dollars a week doing the tasks. I would say I probably spend about 3.5 hours a week doing the tasks. As you can see, that turns out to be around 10 dollars an hour, HOWEVER.. I only do a limited range of tasks, and if I wanted to to do 40 hours a week, it probably wouldn't be possible. there are only so many tasks available at any given time.
Microworkers is a haven for scam artists. You will find as you spend time doing tasks there that there are going to be both tasks and employers that are scandalous. If you are not comfortable with the task or information they are asking for, DON'T DO IT! You are not required to complete every task. For example I NEVER do any of the Download and Install tasks. This is just an invitation for a hacker to get your information.
I am going to add a few more parts to this blog, but I wanted to show you a picture of my withdrawal screen so you can see that I am not lying about getting paid from this site. It's true, you really can earn money here. You have to be patient. The PIN comes from overseas, and it took me 6 weeks (2 tries) to get mine, but it did come, and I did start earning money released into my paypal account. It's slow and it takes forever for them to release it, but you get used to it, and you can get it going on a schedule. They also charge every time you withdraw a percentage but that's the way it goes when it comes to earning from home. It can be called the "poor" tax!

The Information Age
by Robert Leavitt.
The World Wide Web is a real revolution isn't it? It's absolutely amazing how much can be done online these days. Some of you may remember the day when you had to make sure you phone line was free if you wanted to log on to the Internet, on one of those old fashioned "dial up" modems? I swear sometimes I can still hear that sound in my sleep.
We have entered the information age. Just about anything in the world you can imagine or think of, can be found on the Internet. Both good and bad. Better or Worse...probably until death due us part. Some of the information is relative and great. Some not so much. So what does this means for us as a society and as a whole?
It can be viewed in a number of ways. Some people say it's bad and that it's stolen our individuality or some other nonsense. Others say it's the best thing since sliced bread. I think I fall in the middle. I love the fact that you can google anything and find out about it. But I also hate the insane amount of time I spend sifting through horrible non-relative content and "going in circles". It is so easy to get side tracked on the Internet it's absolutely incredible.
I also think it's a fantastic opportunity. Never before in the the history of man-kind has it been possible to effectively communicate with such a huge number of people at any given time. This is marketers dream! So I started looking at marketing options many years ago and what I found was very disheartening.
Do you hate spam in your inbox? I do... do you hate pop-ups? I do... Do you have countless and endless offers to "do a survey for cash" or something similar that never pans out? Or pays you such a small amount of money it was hardly worth the time? I DO TOO!!!!
I hate marketing and I hate the way the Internet is a non-stop advertising mess. I remember the good old days when you would have to watch a show at the time it came on...and sit through the commercials. That is no longer the case. Now it's gotten far more ridiculous, more corrupt and scandalous than ever! There are probably 20 new scams in your inbox since you started reading this post!
But I wanted to make money on the Internet. I mean that's the goal and probably the dream of most people. To quit there job and work at home doing a 10 hour work week and make .. I dunno how about 10k a month?
Well I'm here to tell you that anyone selling you that program is FULL OF IT. That doesn't exist. I will tell you what does work though. Hard work, and determination. There is NO get rich plan, there is no MAKE MONEY WITH NO MONEY plan.. (there is but it's in no way, shape or form a NO WORK plan). If you really want to make money online from home it is 100% possible, but it is also just like any other business that you run yourself. You are going to work an insane amount of hours, for a long time before anything like actual "cash" comes in, and that's the bottom line.
I hope to share with you some of my experiences in the "get rich quick" in the next few months and see if I can't steer some people in the right path. There is no blueprint, or "road paved with gold" in this story. Many people are successful on the Internet in many different areas. I can share with you some of the things that have worked for me, and some that have not.
Have a great work week! I will be working too. Granted I will be wearing something comfortable, but I can assure you, it will be work.
